We are looking for a dynamic personality, preferably with past sales experience. Sales Associates are responsible for prospecting, for finding solutions to customers' finance and vehicle needs, and for providing 5 Star customer service. We are hiring sales professionals with outgoing, friendly and professional attitude to join our growing team. We are a locally owned independent dealer who offers late model vehicles to less than perfect credit customers at low down payments. The position offers a competitive commission pay schedule with great hours as compared to traditional dealerships. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets and assists new customers that enter the dealership lot or online
  • Determines the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
  • Effectively closes automotive sales
  • Ensures the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Fielding phone and email leads

Qualifications:

  • Preference given to those with Spanish/English Bilingual status 
  • Previous sales experience a plus (any industry)
  • Valid driver's license in state of employment with a good driving record
